VP of Finance and Administration
Amy Hineman joined ICRB in 2007 and is the Vice President of Finance and Administration. Amy serves as an integral strategic decision-making member of the senior management team and is responsible for all business operations related to Finance, Human Resources, and Office Administration. Amy brought a fresh perspective to ICRB’s tenured staff and has successfully made many improvements to enhance the organizations financial structure and operations as well as employee relations, policies, programs, and practices.
Previously, Amy studied business at Ball State University and started her career working as an Office Manager for Capin Crouse, LLP a local non-profit accounting firm. She also held a position at Column Capital, LLC (an Ernst and Young, LLP wealth management spin-off company) as a Finance/HR Manager.
Amy serves on the Workers Compensation Insurance Organizations (WCIO) Human Resources committee and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM®).
While Amy enjoys a good Netflix binge with her husband, she also enjoys spending time with their three sons, teaching fitness classes, traveling, and baking.
