Paul E. Keathley, CAWC
President & CEO
Paul Keathley serves as the ICRB’s President and CEO; joining the organization on March 2, 2020.
Paul has spent 36 years in the insurance industry, primarily in marketing and underwriting roles. He has experience on both the company and the agency side of the business and previously served as a member of the ICRB Governing Board.
Most recently, Paul was a Senior Business Development Specialist for Accident Fund Insurance Company, where he was responsible for new business growth, underwriting and retention of Workers Compensation business. Paul has also worked for Frankenmuth Mutual Insurance Company, Motorists Mutual Insurance Company and Liberty Mutual.
Paul is a proud graduate of Ohio State University and holds a BS Degree in Marketing and Communications.
Paul and his wife Teresa live in Zionsville and enjoy hiking, gardening, and fitness. They have two grown children, Justin and Lindsay, who are both married and live in central Indiana.
